It seems you're referring to an ad you've seen somewhere online. It's very common for scammers to run such ads promising ridiculous things like a Lenovo laptop for just 1.95 euros to lure in victims. Naturally as soon as you hand them your credit card information they will take even more money from it. The best you can do is contact your credit card company or your bank and ask them what must be done.
Most likely, they will have to block your old credit card and make you a new one but you can also ask if you can get a refund.
