SDI Partners (also described as “Seder Digital Intelligence”) has been specifically listed by California’s Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) in its Crypto Scam Tracker in connection with a reported fraudulent trading platform.

🔴 Key red flags:

- DFPI reports that a California resident was contacted through WhatsApp and told SDI’s AI-driven trading technology could generate a 13% monthly return.
- The victim was directed to sdi.partners, deposited $3,000, and reportedly could not recover any of the funds.
- DFPI reports that the website is no longer operational in connection with the complaint.
- This exact domain is also publicly presented as an investment-management business claiming AI-driven strategies and very high returns. Those claims are company/promotional claims and should not be treated as independent verification.
