Goliath Ventures Inc. is the subject of major U.S. federal fraud actions. The CFTC filed a complaint in August 2026 alleging a roughly $400 million crypto investment fraud scheme involving about 1,600 customers. The complaint alleges investor funds were misappropriated, fictitious profits were shown, and guaranteed returns were falsely represented.

Federal court records also state that CEO Christopher Delgado pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering.

Goliath Ventures has also been placed into Chapter 11 bankruptcy after being put into receivership in March 2026.
