Public investigations into the Scatil Investment Alliance name identify significant concerns around its claimed history, corporate registration, and regulatory status. TraderKnows reports that the associated U.S. entity was registered in October 2025, despite the platform claiming a much longer history, and notes that an MSB registration does not constitute a financial-services license.

Independent broker checks also describe SCATIL as not regulated and flag it as high risk. Public user reporting includes allegations of withdrawal problems and funds becoming inaccessible; these individual reports are not independently verified.
