Comment / Review	My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After numerous emails back and forth with Hardpointing, customer service did nothing except repeatedly send me links to third-party tracking websites and a generic “proof of delivery” document instead of meaningfully investigating the issue. Despite explaining multiple times that I never received the package, Hardpointing refused to open a proper investigation with the carrier, refused to send a replacement, and refused to issue a refund. Instead, they repeatedly insisted the matter was closed. Customer service is measured by how a company responds when something goes wrong. In my experience, Hardpointing failed completely. If your order is lost or there’s a delivery problem, don’t expect this company to stand behind its customers. I will not purchase from Hardpointing again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.
