| Comment / Review | I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was egregious. The item vanished in transit and the company’s process for resolving lost parcels is broken. I was passed between teams, given conflicting information, and ultimately left without a product or a timely refund. This experience ruined my confidence in their service.
