Scam contents	got roped into believing that this may actually work: https://festberg.com/products/festberg-cooling-ace neither it is cooling nor does it feature ANY new technology "Made in Germany"... it is a CHEAP FAN... Horrible return process... Headoffice is in China and customer care tells you to send back to China to get 100% money back... though it is never mentioned on the website that you must ship back to China... Fraudulent reviews. Reviewed the product with 1 Star and there are ONLY 5 star reviews online.
Comment / Review	horrendous site... with cheap products shipping from China... with no information that it is coming from China. Using fraudulent images and texts to lure clients into believing that they are ordering something of value and functionality. Terrible customer service who only responds back with the same text " ... to send back to China" if you want a 100% refund. Needs to be addressed!
