| Comment / Review | Ordered 2 of an item. They sent me the wrong stuff. Contacted them multiple times and they wont allow me to return the items nor will they refund me. Their website states a return policy but they arent following it.

Wish I had seen this--they have charged my card TWICE and now I must go to the bank, change my debit card and HOPE I get some of my money back

Absolute scumbags, they advertise built in USA, shipped from USA. Not a shot, two months later (from China) I received the biggest Chines shit you could imagine, not even a representation of what I ordered.

This company is a complete scam. They did not send me what I ordered, instead they sent me cheap looking items that was not what I ordered and refused to allow me to return it for a refund and would not refund my money. I have been dealing with this company since July. They put through as a refund but never actually returned the money and I am having such a horrible time. DO NOT ORDER FROM SERENDIPITY MAN.
