Scam contents	This company posed as a Lulu’s vendor and changed the Lulu’s website to make it look like there was a huge sale happening. I made a purchase through what looked like the Lulu’s website, and never received my items after going back and forth with customer service for a month. I realized the customer service email address was not the same as the email I usually interact with through Lulu’s.
Comment / Review	This company poses as well-known online retailers and scams shoppers into paying for items that never get delivered. I still have not received a refund for items I ordered on March 4, 2025 that were never delivered.
