Comment / Review	I recently purchased two items from Luxury Factory, a company based in Hong Kong, and paid $500. Shortly after the payment, I received a suspicious email from a different email address stating that my package had already been delivered, which is not true. The tracking number they provided is also invalid. I have reached out to them multiple times, but they are no longer responding. I do not want the items anymore; I just want a refund. I need this money urgently to pay for my school fees, and the company has not been helpful in resolving the issue. I would appreciate assistance in getting my money back and holding this company accountable for scamming customers.
