Scam contents	This is a recovery scammer. They will claim they can get an account or money/funds back from a scammer or whatever but they're a scammer trying to scam YOU again. They'll spew some nonsense about getting hacking software, etc say that they're 90% done but need to buy a certain hack/software and you need to pay for it. They're advance fee scams. You pay then get nothing. ONLY meta/insta official support can help or not help you with your accounts.
