| Comment / Review | Purchased a 3 pack of these bands. What I was sent was 3 basic silicone wristbands with no ionizing abilities whatsoever. I contacted them, they only offered a partial refund and really did not care that they sent products that did not work.

Since the items you received aren't up to standard you can try to get a refund directly from your bank or cc company:
