| Scam contents | Boxing equipment unit advertised was ordered by me. No customer service support line can be reached or contacted. No notification or proof provided with date, time, or carrier of delivery even when requested after several emails. To date they are giving me the run arountd. |
| Comment / Review | I am told that my item was delivered, probably stolen, inquire with neighbors, etc. Last response from starsitca was an offered of 30% refund for my troubles. I paid close $39 plus shipping cost but they wont verify and details regarding the shipment of the product i ordered frim this company.

Same! I ordered the boxing machine in November. Received a notification that it was on route Nov 27, 2023. Had not received anything from the company until I requested a date it would be delivered. This was December 9, 2023. They told me that because of the high call volume and holiday schedule, deliveries may take longer than normal. I checked my tracking app on December 14th and it reported that on December 11, 2023, supposedly my package was "delivered" to my front door but no notification was received. It is now December 15th, I have no package and my emails are being ignored.

I am usually careful with online purchases. They got me on this scam and they keep popping up with same ad and different company names. They keep telling me it was delivered...no proof. They finally stopped responding.
