Thought I was ordering from a store, but when I looked at my bank account the account that pulled the money did not match the site.

This company uses other respected companies as if it's them. They make it seem as if it's a sale. I purchased a retracting christmas tree and christmas wreaths thinking I was ordering from Balsam Hills. The order never came and they have tracking information and everything. When I requested my money back, they kept trying to bargain with me, 20%, 30% e40% refund. It took me 3 months just to get 80% of my money back. The Better Businesss Bureau should do something about this. We work too hard for our money to have it taken on fraudulent companies such as this one.
