      Summary
    • Judge Dredd 08/30/2023 at 05:21 AM

Users have raised significant concerns regarding multiple online retailers using the email address customer@mallonlinetop.com. These platforms offer various goods like discounted Asics shoes, bags, and coats. The scams seem intricate; they provide confirmation and tracking details via a fraudulent tracking website 17-track.info, designed to closely mimic a legitimate tracking site 17-track.net.

Customers have faced issues with non-delivery of orders, and the tracking details often show incorrect delivery statuses, sometimes even indicating deliveries at odd hours like 2:40 AM. Users suggest that the situation is aggravated by the absence of customer support, as emails to the platforms go unanswered. Some users also pointed out the use of pressure tactics on the checkout page, where a timer prompts you to complete the purchase quickly, leading to hasty decision-making.

Facebook has also been mentioned as a medium where these suspicious sites advertise, offering extremely cheap branded items. People who ordered through these links have reported not receiving their items, even though detailed tracking information claimed otherwise. It's notable that the tracking links often cease to function after some time.

I have not received my order. Tracking shows order has been delivered at 2:40 AM and signed for delivery. This is completely wrong. No delivery can be signed off at 2:40AM. This seems to be fraudulent website who are taking money and not responding to emails. Can anyone suggest what actions can be taken?

      Robbing bastards.
They got me hook, lined and sinker. They also said they had sent the delivery and was signed and successfully delivered at 11.52am. I was in my front garden at this time and nothing happened.

I placed an order on 27th July 2023 but received nothing. If it looks too good to be true it's a fraud. It was supposed to be a Craghoppers clearance sale, 80% off RRP, Factory Store Clear Out. I spent £60.00 and received nothing. I feel like a fool for falling for three online frauds in one month.

I was sucked in to the Jo Malone advertisement too. Said it was delivered when I was in the house 😡. Oh well, lesson learned. I've emailed but not heard back either.

I also was scammed... advertised on face book as Peter Alexander with 70% sale. After I placed my order (mainly Christmas present's) I realized that Alexander was spelt with two R's. It was three months ago and email kept bouncing back when I tried to find out where package was. $70 wasted...

      Brainy

I ordered an outdoor christmas tree light set which was represented on line with a photo.

What I received was a single strand of led lights that are not worth more than a couple dollars.

The cost with tax and shipping was about $59.00.

      How do I resolve?

      Thank you
