Scam contents	I ordered some shoes from this company on Instagram and the item took forever but finally was able to locate the package via the tracking number provided from my PayPal account online. The package tracking showed the package delivered to Sioux Falls, S.D. at a USPS facility which I called and they said without a USPS tracking number they could not verify the package was indeed delivered to their POBox. I also called the number provided for Promise -E and that number was for a software company that is in Texas and they told me they don't do any business with the name of Promise E- Commerce. I've been taken and they have stolen my payment via my PayPal Account!
