| Scam contents | they offer you a product very cheap, it takes about one month to arrive because it comes from china they give you a tracking number from a delivery company called track678 where you really see the progress but after one month appears as delivered when you hasn't receive it, even in my case it showed delivered at 10.30 am and the time here was 8.30 am, not even the time that the page said, then when you make the complain they say it's not their responsability |
| Comment / Review | I bought a product that I never received but according to them I did, however they couldn't prove it, they said that eventhough it was not their responsability, they offered me a reimbursement of 60%, as I didn't accept, they offered the 80%, then I accept but they did not refund anything and everytime that I write, they just copy and paste the same answer saying that they refunded the money and maybe my account number is wrong when they was supposed to return the money to the same payment method that you used to pay them and it's the same everytime you answer that you didn't receive it, I tried to attach the SS but I couldn't.
