| Comment / Review | I placed an order and never received the merchandise. Upon emailing them they said they couldn't give me a full refund. After several emails they promised a 70% refund. Never received a refund and now they are just not answering my emails.

They are a total scam out of Shanghai!! I ordered a dog wash tub never received it, couldn't contact them, they show as a USA company!

I ordered the dog wash basin and never received it. I tried to contact them but they never answered me. This company is not legit and don't order from them because you'll get nothing. I found out they're in Shanghai too, not in the United States!
