Comment / Review	I saw an add on Etsy for a deal on folding carts. I bought them, then a couple weeks later I received this stupid smiley face shoulder bag that I never ordered. I e mailed them to let them know I did not receive what I ordered, they replied and said it was delivered, I told them I didn’t receive it, then they said it’s lost in transit and asked me if I want a replacement or refund, I wrote back and said refund but my e mail was then rejected so now I have to dispute the charge. Total scammers!!
