I ordered from them and not heard anything it was the 26th of last month I ordered and I’ve email asking what’s going on still nothing I paid £45 to some it’s not a lot of money but I’m a single mum and that could help me towards stuff for my kids no happy at all

Ordered from them last month and have had to email them on numerous occasions to even get a tracking number. That was a waste of time as tracking site informs me of a problem with item. I don't seriously expect item to actually arrive. Will start process of fund recovery via bank.
So to finnish off " Avoid" this company and date is a scam.
Take note #facebook as you are promoting them on your # Marketplace.

Nice Ostrich Beach Lounger: I ordered from them last month and have also had to email them on numerous times. Of course they were already paid. I did get a tracking number and it was scheduled for delivery to a different address and in another state. I emailed them again and got a message back that delivery would be re-arranged and would arrive to me in about a week....well, it's 10 days later...no updates. I emailed them earlier today to see what the status is? When a price on a product seems too good to be true...it usually is....that 's what the saying is...fortunately, I am only out about $24 bucks. Darn it!! Big reason why I don't like to purchase anything I see on facebook....very disappointing!!

Paid for the item, have contacted them several times...received reply with tracking number. Item was out for delivery in a city and state in Wisconsin...I live on the east coast. They sent me a reply and said that it was being re-arranged for delivery to SC and would arrive in about a week....well it's 10 days later...no updates, no item received. Very disappointed and they got their money from me. Fortunately, it was only about $24 bucks. It sounded too good to be true. There are several of these types of fraudulent ads on facebook and I am sure that it attracts alot of interest & I hope I didn't get scammed...but I now wonder....

I purchased a product from this company off Face Book. I contacted them and was told my merchandise was delivered to an address in Washington, I do not live there. This company is not legitimate. My bank was unsuccessful getting me a refund because they provided documentation showing the merchandise was delivered and received. Face Book should screen these companies prior to letting them advertise. My LOSS!

I never received my item that I also ordered off Facebook....Never again. The company said they were sending another one months ago...never saw it and he got his money from me...fortunately it wasn't a large amount or I would be pursuing this issue further.

How are these people allowed to continue to steal from unsuspecting people? I’m in NZ, ordered a human dog bed for $39. Should have know it was too good to be true! They tricked me into thinking they’re legitimate by replying to my email complaining about the non arrival of item, but it’s all a big hoax. Will do my research in future, lesson learned.

The scammer purported to be selling a simple human style blue tooth bin for $45. I ordered and within an hour, realised it was unlikely to be genuine…. I have a string of emails between said suppliers and myself but STILL no refund or delivery!

I have also been Scammed by these, Stupid I know 🤦🏻♀️
but I ordered a Hot Tub, then realised it was a scam.
I've emailed the company, asking for a refund etc, they said my goods were on the way..
Obviously I’ve never received it .
I went to my bank & put a fraud claim in, the bank reimbursed me my money, but have now claimed it back out of my bank, because the Company have said I’ve received my goods, saying I’ve received my Package of Gloves, since when do Gloves & Hot tub look alike??
I’m now in touch with my bank to get my money back again …

All types of items for sale from Mobility scooters to sun chairs, in fact anything with great videos of items. Sent by China Post, tracking number sent within a week to convince you they are genuine ‘Fast17’ is used, very detailed and convincing!!! Then it is supposedly give over to ‘Royal mail’. This is actually a real tracking no.... Just not with your name on it.... Contact Royal Mail give details and they tell me parcel not for. Me and also they do not deliver items if more than 2kg ...

I have had the exact same thing happen to me, They take your money arrange for a Very Very small package of around 4grams in weight and supply a tracking number for this so to make you think your goods are on their way, this will be addressed to a Random address in the UK.

Don't order from xiehan@mandressupsmart.com they are a scam I haven't recieved anything they gave me tracking number and shipment said delivered to Texas which didn't have my adress I have waiting over 25 days and nothing. I spent $60 on luggage. We need to take actions again this false company .

Looks like I was definitely caught out by this one. I do wish Facebook would get their advertisers gif money making rackets. Ordered an inflatable tent so that my grandchildren could have fun in the garden during the summer holidays. Have not heard a peel out of them. Sent emails along about the progress of my order but just keep getting fibbed off that the system is down. So disappointed and angry with myself gif being caught.

I got scammed wish I had researched this company first. I have been trying for several months to get my money back but like the people above have said they keep coming up with excuses. I hope more people research first and see these comments before they make the same mistake definitively NOT A GOOD COMPANY THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CON ARTISTS.

I also think this is a scam. Ordered 2 chairs and paid full, got a tracking number a few weeks later but not received. Have been told it’s been delivered which is a lie so told them I want proof of this or I will be raising a case of fraud with my credit card company.

Ordered on 17th June, had several emails about the late delivery from them. Which included an apology of not being able to refund me my money as item out on delivery. 15 -20 days to arrive to me. Never received it.

I have exactly the same problem with this scam! I also ordered a shoes cabinet via an advertisement and paid by debit card to this scam account from 26 Jun. After chasing thousands of times, they keep shutting their mount, not replying my email asking for the refund. I have reported to my bank who will investigate with their bank to get the money back!
Please be much more careful with this scam from China!!!

I ordered an ice maker. I've received a tracking number.
Checked a week later it said it was deliver to a P.O.Box in Denali National Park and Preserve in Alaska but didn't give the P.O.Box number.
I called the post office and the clerk Checked and checked but could find any information. I was scammed out of $39.

They took my money 6th July 2023. This fraudulent company is very clever. I am still communicating through their fraudulent email address and they are assuring me my package will be received to me in a week. Nothing. They sent me all the info, Order No., Receipt No, and where my package was but delivered it successfully to another part of the country. Gave me wrong track and trace number, (UMM) so have been bothering them via email since. My bank knows, so will get my money.

Now I know, just looked at a comment above, I had the same issue, I ordered a sun lounger June 23, the first delivery went to Durham, second to Coventry, thirds to Newcastle, they keep telling me to be patient, I think after nearly a year, I have! I wonder if anyone else has ordered one of these, it would be interesting to know, it's a low chair which I have been looking for, so have been emailing them since, and still am! they are reluctant to refund me also. I asked for a tracking number, but said it's the same as the first one, went down the post office and the item delivered to Newcastle was nothing like my parcel, so will be reporting them.

ordered products (shelves) form an ad published in Instagram, and as the delivery was delayed, I contacted them and did receive emails 8without signature), telling that the shipment would have gone wrong and they would re-send. Several weeks after, no goods have arrived, I claimed refund, but no answer is given anymore.

same here i ordered a Sun lounger in june, i have now sent the company 70 emails, i wont let this go. they registered this scam company in may 2023 then started advertising, but found out this product does not exist. have you contacted fraud team with your bank, i did and got my money back

Sun lounger all over facebook i checked the company out and was registered in may 2023 in london. so seem legit, the lounger came in different colours and was a perfect buy. £35.99 lots of people was buying.

i ordered on the 6th of June 2023 i was given a tracking number and this was traced to a address in Run corn UK. i emailed constantly and eventually they said ok we will send again... this was traced to a address in Warrington UK again nowhere near were i live, so again i contacted them... nothing, i have sent roughly 70 emails to them. and now got the fraud team involved. absolute discusting they should go to work for a living instead of stealing our hard earned cash.

Took money in July, goods never received. Gave me a tracking number, but when I put that in my computer it wanted me to download a programme so didn't go any further. Then said parcel had been delivered 10 days ago and to check with post office. Did that, nothing relating to the tracking number given to me.
Looked up and found loads of other people scammed same.

Several months ago, I ordered a travel refrigerator and paid for it, but unfortunately they did not send anything. I emailed many times, they only answered a few and lied that they had sent it, it has been 5 months now. I think they are scammers. People, beware of scammers so you don't get caught like me.

Comprei uma tenda de campismo há mais de 6 Meses. Nunca recebi a encomenda, reclamei e disseram que iriam enviar nova encomenda, forneceram-me o nº para seguir encomenda, entrei em contacto com a empresa de transporte ( CTT Portugal) onde me informaram que essa encomenda não estava no meu nome nem minha morada. Andaram 6 meses a pedir para ter paciência até a encomenda ser atualizada no sistema. Quando vou a ver nem sequer era endereçada a mim. Fiquei sem o dinheiro e sem a encomenda.

I still haven't gotten my product, a call, they told me via email that my purchase was delivered to somewhere in Michigan when I live in New England. They just repeatedly send it the same email that they're an issue with their system and I'll get tracking info within a few days. I've been waiting since June 2023 and it's now January 2024

First one of the replies following non receipt of items ordered. Nearly 1 year ago and they are still telling me it’s on its way and have ‘sent again’ about 3 or 4 times now.
I know the money is lost and there are no items but I will still keep contacting and emailing each day as these are being received the other side. Passes the time.
Be aware of xiehan@mandressupsmart.com and never purchase through Facebook or instagram!!!! Turns out then those who are verified are not!!

Sorry you were scammed. Scammers love to stall with meaningless reassurance just to waste your time and prevent you from receiving a refund via Chargeback from your bank or cc companies.
