Contacted by the above number claiming to be from Virgin Media, stating that someone had hacked into my broadband service. I did begin a process to rectify by going into google and putting an app on. I realised before I gave any details but I'm concerned that they have had access to my phone. I deleted the app straight away. I've not noticed any unsual activity since.
