I forgot to mention that after From, go down to Select a filter criterion and from the drop down menu, select "begins with" that is critical.

I've been having the same issue!! I reported it to yahoo but who knows if I will get a response. If anyone finds out how to fix this please post.

They sent a $1.95 charge first, but I thought it was a charge from a local restaurant that charges extra if not cash. Then 9 days later the $39.95 showed up but

Comment / Review	I purchased items from them on December 25 2022 Until this day Jan 26 2023 I still have not received them. I emailed to cancel the order and asked not for my account to be charged any longer from this company. I was told the items were shipped and they can’t refund my money. This is a horrible way to treat a customer.
