        The website is taking people's money without sending them their goods.

        The website claims to be selling personalized mugs, but many customers are complaining about never receiving their products.They claim to be based in New York; however, they are in Singapore.The business address provided is fake and does not belong to them.

        I believe the report to Scam Watchers helped. The product that I purchased on December 27th 2022 remained at a distribution center from December to last year until January 27th 2023. After the report the package finally moved. It is now on the same city as I am. If I actually receive the merchandise I will surely let Scam Watchers know
