Said my cookware set was delivered… contacted them, they told me to wait 3-5 days. Still haven’t received anything!

Bought cookware for £29.99 did not receive it
and cannot contact anybody to find out where it
is and why I haven’t received it it’s been 2 weeks
now.

Ordered the same cast iron cookware on 12/26/22. Received confirmation email and tracking number. Tracked package. Delivered to KACHINA ARIZONA!! Called their post office, clerk said it was a 9 ounce package!! I am furious! I have emailed them several times. Got the same response as everyone else, give the 3-5 business days to check warehouse.

Ordered same cast iron cookware on 12\08\22. Company gave me tracking number of package delivered in Kansas City, MO on 01/03/23. Each time I contacted company I got a computer response telling me to contact TRACK718 Can't get ahold of a person at all.

Didnt send merchandise but it took money out my cash app..December 22, 2022. I never recieved nothing. I been disputing but i still haven't got my money or merchandise i ordered.
