Hello, you can contact your credit card issuer and inform them of the unauthorized attempted charges and of the fact that you lost money on an item that was never received. Hopefully you can get refunded.

Website selling raft of items, no customer service number. Site has padlock, looks legit, but clearly feel a scam now

Website selling raft of items, order pending more than a week. Bank transaction says Online Store, department store, Bolton and psid in US dollars despite website advertising GBP and having padlock visible. No customer service number. Email ignored and order status has mandarin language which translates as payment received. Will be ringing bank to charge back and block. Vlrarly scam site as email reported used other scam sites now realise
