| Scam contents | Ordered a pair of shoes. It took payment, but no confirmation email. Waited....no shoes. Credit card statement shows the payment processed. Tried to fill out their online form for support. Every time, it says there was an error submitting the request. |

Perhaps contacting your credit card issuer and letting them know of this issue would help you get refunded.
