You could contact your credit card issuer and inform them of these unauthorized charges on your account.

I sent them a question on some parts i was looking for to confirm if they were compatible. However, before I had a reply I confirmed the items myself so placed the order.
Order for some conservatory roof and gutter parts that I have had problems sourcing on was placed on 28th June 2022. I realised today I had not had order confirmation from them?
When I checked on my account for some reason it showed two orders for the same thing on the same day? I only ordered them once. The one order indicated payment failed, the second unpaid.
I have emailed a question as to the situation with my order and as yet no response.
Strangely enough I have also noted on my bank account a debit to a company who I do not know. Its for an amount a few pounds more than what the order value was.
I have contacted my bank as the transaction on my account is not one I have made. The bank was able to tell me it was from a company in Malasyia? The company seems to sell only women's clothes.
I may be wrong but are the two companies working together
Bank excellent and money now back in my account and debit card cancelled.
