| Scam contents | This person posed as a contact of mine and said I he had just made $20,000 from Crypto-Climax for investing $2,000 and then doing a promo video on how thankful they were to some person. They got me to change my email address, saying it would only be for 5 mins for the company to verify my gains then get paid out. So they asked for a video of me saying how happy I was that I invested $2000 to make $20,000 in 3 hours! As soon as I sent them the video my instagram account was taken over and used to lure other contacts of mine! This was reported to instagram by many of my contacts and they have done nothing to delete or secure my account. They used forextrade8018@gmail.com to take over my account. |
| Comment / Review | The scammer is still using my Instagram account to try and scan my contacts. They still have access to the account. I have no way of deleting or trying to get my account back! Instagram has still not responded to all the reports I have made as well as my contacts!
