I tried to place an order , it did not go through the order but my information could be stolen . I canceled visa very fast , I reported them at my bank

Yup, definitely a scam .. CIBC saying they're receiving numerous calls about about "Reliable Kind Singapore"

        • Sylvia 06/06/2020 at 02:56 PM

I also fell for it- ad in Instagram supposedly for Roots Canada. Prices were too good to be true. But as soon as I realized it was a scam, I emailed them and said to "cancel my order immediately, and give me a refund, as they are not a legitimate company." I actually received a reply email from them, saying they would be refunding me. And lo and behold, 3 days later, I saw a refund appear in my credit card statement! But I am still going to keep an eye on my account, as I suspect if I see unauthorized charges on my cc, I know who did it.

        • RSP 06/07/2020 at 12:55 PM

Looked like a legit Roots Canada site, clearance sale. Prices were great, actually too good, but I have ordered from roots before online andsite looked real. Knew right away was a scam because got instant notification from Capital One that was an international charge, also got a confirmation from Reliable Kind that charge was successfully paid. Phoned bank within 15 minutes asking them to cancel payment, they said they couldn't do that but after reading some of the comments here going to phone them Monday to see why some banks are cancelling the charge.

        • Barth Vader 06/16/2020 at 10:56 AM

The site looks real. I work online and have seen plenty of these scams. This was the first one I ever fell for. The bottom line for everything in life is if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't.

I admit that I have been caught by Reliable Kind for ÂŁ26 but my credit card people say they have put it as disputed and say that I should get the money back. Nothing received. One thing I would like to say is keep your statements paper and absolutely pour over them looking for discrepancies when they arrive. Have also had a cab fare debited in the last month in a town I have never visited. The lockdown is giving some naughty people plenty of time on their hands unfortunately

I saw an ad on Instagram claiming to be L.L. Bean. It advertised a pair of Bean Boots for 75% off, $24.00 plus $10 shipping. I charged $34.00 on my Visa. My statement says the charge went to Reliable Kind, Singapore. That was on May 31, 2020. Finally today, 7b weeks later, I received a pair of cheap, fake, knockoff "RayBan" girl's sunglasses. I just got off the phone with Capital One, after filing a dispute. Total scam. I feel stupid and angry for being taken, ashamed for thinking I could get quality for such a low price and glad it was only for $34.

Wow! Everything on the web site looked so legit. I ordered 6 pairs of Dockers Smart Flex 360 men's shorts advertised at $12.86 a pair, offered via a site labeled GELPACK.COM. Price should have been first indication this was probably knock-off. First credit charge "failed". Applied second time on same order, charge went through. Assigned tracking number for order on 5-30-2020. Order finally delivered on July 16 - a fake pair of RayBans! I've been working with "customer service" who keep telling me I got what I ordered. Now they want photos of package and of items I ordered (all of which I have!). Will play this game with them just to see how it plays out. Fortunately my financial loss was small. GOOGLE, who is so good at censoring political things and fake news, needs to clean up the advertising they allow to proliferate the web.

The receipt emailed to me was from em2544.bhlshop.com so BHLshop.com is related to their operation. If you go back to the site where you made your purchase, there's no way to contact them or refund

After a week without getting any update on my purchase I went to the website they gave me. Found that the whole thing was a scam. I immediately contacted my credit card and challenged the purchase. Fell for their Skechers ad on Instagram and bought two pairs for $49. They then charged another $90 immediately after! I was fooled partly because the website looked so professional. I emailed them asking for a refund (told to do so by my bank for evidence), but I know nothing will come of it. Once I get back in touch with the bank and file a claim I'm getting a new card so they won't be able to get anything else out of me.

Shame on Facebook - they censor opinion but allow these scams to show up on their site. Are you telling me they do not have the technology to prevent this? Got me on Roots Canada... I checked different things to see where and if they were legitimate, it read they were in Canada - thought something was wrong when I sent email asking about adding to the order (how dumb was that?) - never got a reply. The CC company said they were following up a merchant where I tapped with my card; I'm not tapping my card as we're all in lock down due to Covid. This Reliable Kind Singapore was the only purchase I made which was not a company I regularly purchased from. I'll get my money back, but FaceBook sucks!!! FB needs to have a system to qualify sellers and block these oversea sellers.

Got me for muck boots. And like the rest on here I should have known better, too good of prices. Was only $33.00 but still enough. I got the conformation email and nothing else and was ordered on May 18, 2020. I sent an email back asking for an update and haven't heard anything. Scam for sure. Lesson learned.

Damn. $75. and nothing. Reading all of these I am in good company, if not bright company. It pisses me off to be had when I should have known better. Now this site, and suspicions confirmed. I'm surprised at how many different similar fraud sites they have. And why this has worked so well for them.

I wasn't on Facebook, but was on line trying to find a certain flip-flop from Tory Burch. I thought I had lucked out and found the color I wanted in this particular flip-flop. The confirmation even looked like it was from Tory Burch. When I got my Credit Card bill, the cost was posted for Reliable Kind.

        Never did receive my flip-flops.

I just called my credit card to dispute my purchase. I clicked on an ad in FB and thought it was a Ralph Lauren outlet website. Looked quite professional that I would expect from Ralph Lauren and at almost two months of waiting for my purchase I am done waiting and just started the dispute with my credit card.

I ordered 2 ceiling fans from this company, not knowing that they were not in the us, but rather in China. After weeks of waiting, I received a pair of knock-off's RayBan sun glasses, and I had no idea that this was my order for the ceiling fans. I email them and they assured me that my order was delivered, and sure enough, these were the cheap 99 cents sunglasses. I contacted my bank, I hope I get my 40+ dollars that I spent.

I got scammed with Singapore Reliable Kind on Instagram! My credit card President Choice couldn't protect me! They got some fishy shipping conformation from China that allegedly they shipped something (Roots.ca) 6 months ago! Never got anything, as I never ordered it. Must pay $193 to the bank. But, I will cancel this credit card. Be aware!!
