They guarantee they have the ban in 3 countries.i must pay 200 eur for tax fees.

you have no reason to pay someone in advance .and what they write is bullshit ,scammers can come up with anything ,tax fees.administrative fees ,transfer fees what do laugh , and the like, to lure you out of money and in return to hide forever, the real lender will not take money from you it is not necessary ,in extreme cases, all the costs he will include in the total amount of the loan and notify you about it.
