It's most definitely a scam. Let's review why:

    1. No legal notice whatsoever. No company registration number, no name of the website host or owner, nothing. Just a vague address in Barcelona and a phone number.

    2. All the pictures of the villas and houses are taken straight out of Google images. Not a single original picture to be found.

    3. Speaking of pictures, the ones found in the "About Us" page are also taken from Google. "Judy Schneider" 's picture is from a clothing ad on Amazon:

    4. The site is full of spelling and grammatical errors.

    5. Finally, Scamdoc reveals that this site has been created less than 6 months ago with a short life expectancy. https://www.scamdoc.com/view/1093743

I fell for this scam. I booked what I thought was a very nice vacation rental in Lech, Austria. They gave me a booking confirmation after I unfortunately transferred 2800 Euro to a Spanish bank account. ADRI IRANZO CALVO bank details
Recipient type Private, IBANES4400730100560751481364, Bank code (BIC/SWIFT)OPENESMMXXX

The listing is now completely gone on the website and they will not respond to my emails. They also don't have a working phone number.
