That website seems to have nothing to do with Acolad (official site is acolad.com) It's very likely the scammers are impersonating them or using the name to seem legit.
A very common scam now is the advance fee translation scam. The scammers impersonate real companies, offer $$$ for translation projects that may take hours then when it comes to payment the scammers eventually lead the victim to pay upfront fees (from a fake bank or fake payment HR etc) There is no real payment in the end.

For the actual company, there are many reports of them not paying out once the job is done.
