| Details / precisions | I have supposedly been talking to a lawyer who works for Samuel law firm to recover fraud money lost to fraudulent scammers I was asking to send all the communications I had with the scammers to them and this has been going on for weeks now . They sent me a contact I only had to sign that looked legit telling me what the lawyer would be doing and how much they will receive if I am able to get my money back and all that and now tomorrow supposedly I'm suppose to have a refund coming in support to get on Whatsapp and it's suppose to take about an hr and I'm suppose to give my bank info I want to know if this is a scam and how ok r what do I ask of them to prove if they are who they say they are or not

It's a recovery scammer. There is no lawyer or settlement etc. eventually you'll have to pay upfront fees to the scammer. Do NOT give your bank details or any other sensitive info to these scammers. They are usually the same scammers that scammed you before.

Scammers will often have many players, there may be a whole call centre/buildings with different working parts in the scams. They may make a website that *seems* legit, but it's a fake lawyer and email domain. They sometimes even make fake crypto or bank sites to seem legitimate.
