| Details / precisions | The scammer sent a sms from my phone with letters and numbers. What to do? I tried earlier to install VPN on my laptop, but it didn't help, because he was already there. F-Secure installation didn't help either. When I changed to another phone - he hacked it too! Help. A cycle.

Contact your phone carrier and see if they can help. Reinstall the operating system and reset all passwords, make sure that only you have access to your accounts. If you can't do it yourself, get a local professional (local computer repair place or geek squad etc) to help you.
