Check said site for their refund policy. If you used a credit card, you can try to dispute/get the transaction refunded. Call the back of the number on your credit card or bank to talk to customer support. Credit cards usually have more protection than say a reg debit card.
Otherwise, take it as a lesson learned and do more diligence when buying things online. There are tons of fake websites (drop shipping/shell companies) offering items just straight off temu/alibaba/wish etc
