Hi. I was also scammed by ravnstruct. Think it was via a free lego link. I have found out lots about them and badgered them about reporting them to which, citizens advice, my bank, lego and have found out details via companies house about their address and directors and other names they come under. they have refunded the first amount and said they are refunding all.
keep at them - email support@ravnstruct.com - looks up details under Rammera on internet. Threaten them with exposing them on fb and they may offer to refund
I got scammed by "cs-ravnstruct.com" too. They managed to make a post on the Facebook page of a well known (genuine) music store, offering some Bluetooth speakers for sale. As I was familiar with the music store, I thought it was legit, and tried to buy one. They used my card details to sign me up to a "subscription" for £44 a month.
After alerting my bank, I contacted the music store, and not only were they aware, but cs-ravnstruct had managed to make another fake post on their Facebook page this week.

Hello Karen Gunn,
Can you give more details please? What's the nature of the scam specifically? undelivered goods?

Hello, please be more specific about what happened? I noticed there's no much details about it.

And I never got the Bluetooth speaker.
