So far I have put in R99500.00 in this program an now they want me to put another R103000.00 in before they pay out my profits of R1,150,000.00 is this a scam or not.

This does unfortunately sound like a scam as proven by the many reports we see here detailing the exact same situation. People are asked to invest more and more and then the scammers run off with their money and disappear.
