Website incorrectly listed as potential SCAM

We are in a very competitive industry which is the Back-up Power and Solar Market in South Africa. Consumers are extremely cautious about online shopping because there’s so many online scams. We work very hard to earn the consumers trust and are very proud of our average 5 star Hello Peter and Google Reviews so receiving a non legitimate “scam rating” from your site based on NO facts at all is very concerning.I have addressed the “Whois” matter with our domain host and they said its their policy to not make all info public. So what do I do now? Close the company because your algorithms are all messed up and isn’t properly implemented? See snapshot of email response from Host attached.
