Hello Helen, We can't return your money because we're not a bank or agency, scamwatcher is a site for bringing awareness and prevention. You can however contact your bank and ask them if a refund is possible via Cahrgeback: https://info.scamwatcher.com/best-practices/disputes-chargebacks/
