Ho ordinato un tavolino con sedie e mi sono arrivati un paio di occhiali da sole

I ordered bycicle for my child 16th of february. 21st of february they sent me code to check by track. 10th of march i received a small packege inside of a post box. I was already shocked. There was chinese fake Ray-Ban male sun-glasses!!!!! My child was crying so much! I don't know what think those people by doing that. WE NEED OUR MONEY BACK!!! I need to by a bycicle for my kid! P.S.: couple of days before we received that package that support@oevservice.com wrote me a letter: they apologyze because of pandemic situation their personal stuff mixed-up the products, they sent wrong products. If i am ok with what i get, they will compensate me everything. But I am writing them that i don't accept what i received. And they ignore my letters.
