I guess anything is possible. But what are the chances that there is a person like this that is so generous that they want to give their money away. Too good to be true I would say. Seems the scammer wants to attract attentionand hack into personal or bank accounts to ask for fees to be paid and scam people into paying while they give nothing! Scam phishing message to be blocked.
