I didn't receive what i brought. Instead they sent me something that I didn't order at all

Xborderecommerce and cake lust banned me from finding out about an order. Told them i wanted to cancel within 12 hrs of ordering 8/24/2022. Told me items had shipped. 5 weeks later tracking says items are still with merchant. I still want to cancel. Will report to BBB
