      I really wanted to like this company, but I’ve had nothing but trouble. My order never arrived, even though I received an email saying it shipped. The tracking information hasn’t updated once, and after contacting customer service several times, I still don’t have any explanation or resolution.

      I’m very patient, but waiting this long with zero communication is unacceptable. I will be requesting a refund and won’t be purchasing again until they improve their reliability and customer support.
