Product was not as depicted on website. first of all it was NOT made in USA, totally different material than described. Reached out to their customer to start return & refund process. They offered to refund me 15% of purchase price. I told them I expected 100% per website, they offered me 20% refund and sent me an email with the return process which states I am responsible for all shipping costs and since it is being shipped back to CHINA it will be expensive and will most likely get lost and never reach the destination/address they supplied Address provided to me Room 101, No. 9, Lane 2, Shangxing Liantang Central District, Xinqiao Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City
