| Comment / Review | I placed an order on an online store called Elegancjastyl. Out of three items I ordered, only two were delivered, and the quality of the products was completely different from what was shown on their website. When I asked about returning the items, I was told I must send the package back to China, to a questionable address, with shipping costs and customs clearance fees higher than the value of the products themselves. Instead of offering a proper refund, the store suggested that I should keep the products in exchange for a small partial discount. Later communication even included statements that not sending the items back to China could be treated as “theft”, which I find very concerning and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I believe this store operates in a way that makes it nearly impossible for consumers to exercise their legal right of return. I am currently seeking a chargeback through my bank. I am sharing this experience so that other potential customers are aware of these practices before placing an order.
