I’ve got an email that appears to be from mark and Spenser with a credible questionnaire about my purchases . It requested card details for posting a complementary hamper box. Less than 2 pounds. After I completed them it went to a spiral of charges than I’m trying to dispute.

It is not easy to get heard or helped. I even tried to contact M&S as they used the name and details from their database . I have cancelled my card with the distrup it brings and I’m trying to stop payments and further payments. It has made me anxious and lost money I need
