Scam contents	Ordered a fan/aircon unit from this company, the funds went through 28.6.2024. Since then I get emails that say the order in incomplete and I have left an item in the basket, and then an emails saying the order is being despatched. They do eventually respond to emails, but I imagine English is not the first language, and they just keep saying the item is on its way. I am unable to list this company on Trustpilot, which seems strange, and previous review I had read there since I ordered, were not favourable, but Serenofan tried to suggest the reviews were from competitors. This has been a very expensive experience, and one to be avoid by anybody else.
