That's how they get you. They pretend to be from Paypal and ask you to log in to a copy-cat website so they can steal your info.

Scam contents	You buy a product and they send another cheaper that you don’t want. Then they try to scam you by not sending or order and says that is to expensive to then to pay me to send back their item that I don’t want so they offer me discounts. I don’t want a discount I want my order or my full refund. Their mistake and if they don’t want to pay to get back their item back is not my problem.
