first cancel charge with card. second cancel card. don't worry about returning scam item as it is their responsibility to retrieve.

We ordered a patio set from “ Familybybox.com” and it was the same deal, they sent us a Luis card holder pouch and a receipt that claimed they charged 350$ to my card. This also arrived on the day the apparent patio set was coming. Complete scam and it is all related to the same email which was attached to the card purse. My mom ordered two and I ordered one. Very upsetting!

This company is a scam I ordered a solar generator and got Ray Ban sun classes and they are fake I was given a email address sersopper@gmail.com .

I ordered a porch swing and got fake raybans that said I paid 163.00! Needless to say their fake email address goes nowhere and is returned with a failure to send email. I canceled my card and also my bank returned the funds and listed it as fraud.

Bwa ha ha the damn scammers got me to! Ray Ban sun glasses instead of the power tools I was supposed to receive. But I only payed $61.18 and the glasses are worth more by $101.82. they are ugly but the are real ray bans, I had a feeling that it was a scam because there is no way they could sell Dewalt set for that low of a price the invoice says visa. but I used a mastercard. lol I think we scammed each other to a degree.

I ordered the patio set, got that charge taken off my card then was sent the glasses. I wear prescription glasses so these stupid looking glasses wouldn't do me any good, especially for $163.00. They KNOW it's a scam yet they are still able to get into your account. Wasn't charged to the same card. 🐸🐸🐸

I ordered a heavy duty outdoor tent on 11/7/22.and never received it. Instead I received ray ban sunglasses that I didn't order for $163 on 11/23/22.. Facebook police should check into these scammers.

I purchased a tool chest, got a pair of RayBans sunglasses with fake invoice for $163. Website sakire.store found on Instagram is a scam. Deal was too good to be true, and I should have known better. Disputed original charge with Visa. Hopefully they can rip the money back from the scammers.
Moral of the story, if you’re reading this it’s too late other than disputing the charge. Never use a debit card online (or anywhere for that matter). Credit card companies have much better protection on this stuff. Also, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is false and you SHOULD pass. Good luck out there, be safe!

I haven't ordered any of the things other people are mentioning but today I received Raybans with a shipping note saying I'd paid $163 for them, which I definitely haven't. I don't understand what's in it for the scammers because I haven't paid for anything.

Like many before me, I received the fake RayBan sun glasses instead of the Generator I ordered. After several bogus sounding emails, I just notified the Chase credit cards and within 2 weeks my purchase price was refunded. Anyone need a pair of sunglasses cheap?

I finally got my satisfaction, today. CitiBank is now aware of, and understands that this is a scam. Now, it appears that their shop is closed down. If you fall victim to this fraud, just report it to your credit card company.
