I ordered a Drone (order # ID BVN75400 ) and it was not the Drone that was advertised. It was totally different. I would like to get it replaced with the Drone advertised or my money returned. I hope i do get a reply and it won't be like the comment under suspected scam that they did not get a reply concerning the item and money return. I will keep the return address from the package.

I did not receive the Drone that was advertised. I received a piece of junk, a very cheap Drone, that was totally different and not worth $89.99 .
The fraudulent e-mail is what was provided , no phone number provided, and if they don't return my money within 30 days, i will loose my money.

This is complete FRAUD. I ordered an Xmas wreath for my front door and garland that is supposed to go around the entire door. What I received was three 6" pieces of cheap plastic and a wreath that is maybe 6" in diameter, plus no lights, completely different than the pictures on their website. I also ordered a two-car garage door mural that attaches to the door, per their website. They claim it was delivered, it never was. I disputed the charges with my credit card. For the non-delivered mural, I got an immediate credit, the other dispute is pending. I did receive a response about the missing mural and she asked if I checked my neighbors. I live in a major city, neighbors here don't sign for someone else. Avoid at all cost!

I to ordered the drone with the 4k camera and 2 2000mah batteries, $129.90. Instead I received a tiny piece of junk that would fit in my shirt pocket. They offered to refund 10% to my paypal accnt, $12.99. and make me pay the $116.91.

I ordered a 7 ft by 16 ft garage door xmas banner.... u received something that won't cover my front door.... no way to return because the lisahpir97@GMAIL contract on the website can't recurve messages or emails...
